Indoor Football is fun, easy to learn and based on the traditional outdoor sport. The rules
have been modified to allow for the game to be played not only indoors,
but also within fully tensioned nets that add to the excitement of each game.
INDOOR FOOTBALL BASICS
● 4x 8 minute Quarters
● Men’s & mixed grades
● 5 aside – one of which is the goalkeeper
● Mixed teams must have 2 females on the court
● Successful goals scored by females are awarded 2 goals
● ‘Outfield’ Players are not allowed in goal-keepers area. Goal Keepers must stay inside the goal-keepers are
